CenturyTel has been able to realize a bit of a run up in their stock over the past year by virtue of finally having addressed a much needed trimming of operational costs. However, there is no go forward revenue generation plan, so the company's ability to realize profit is constrained exclusively to further cost reduction, which may not be sustainable.
