		<description>I received an email from an agent at CINF.  He feels that many of the financial mis-steps are directly attributable to the current president and son of the founder, Jack Schiff Jr. 

He is hoping for the current president to retire soon!</description>

		<description>I agree, it seems very choppy and you don't know if the EPS is going to shrink or grow from one year to the next.  

There are better investments out there, keep searching.</description>
